Hi,

I’m Jennifer,  the heart behind Rooted & Bloom Events. Born and raised in Warren County and proud to call McMinnville, Tennessee home, I have spent more than 20 years planning events and bringing people together through meaningful experiences and celebrations.

My journey in event planning began by helping friends coordinate their weddings and continued through organizing and leading university homecoming events for student life, planning church dinners, creating floral arrangements, and coordinating countless weddings and special events over the years. That passion eventually grew into professional community and corporate event planning throughout Warren County.

My background also includes serving as a Main Street Director, where I coordinated and led a wide variety of events across our community. From fundraisers, farm-to-table dinners, concert and music series, annual meetings, corporate events, retreats, and guided community tours, I’ve had the privilege of creating gatherings that connect people and celebrate the place we call home.

I’m also a proud mom to twin boys and a little girl who keep life joyful, busy, and full of adventure. When I’m not planning an event, you can usually find me with a cup of coffee in hand, crafting something creative, or searching for the best bargain in town.

I truly believe every event should feel intentional, welcoming, and memorable — whether it’s an intimate gathering, community celebration, corporate event, or dream wedding. My goal is to make the planning process seamless, stress-free, and meaningful from beginning to end while creating experiences that reflect your vision and story.
